About Us

The idea of BRAVO Co came from Cameron Smith who has built a career as an international airline pilot. He has a calling to be a ‘builder of men.’

Cameron has personally benefited from decades of back-country wilderness expeditions and brotherhood. Through these unique experiences, he’s seen first-hand the growth in his life: mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, with his family life and building healthy bonds with his peers.

Cameron has teamed up with Mike Turinsky, former CEO of the Young Life NZ Trust and a youth worker, to bring this vision to reality. They endeavour to empower men to find their purpose, to improve their mental, physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health; whilst building support systems to live that out.
